We are grateful to work on the traditional lands of the Awabakal, Worimi and Mindaribba peoples in Newcastle and the Hunter Region of New South Wales. We extend our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders past and present, and acknowledge the complexities of the legacy of settler colonialism in Australia. We are committed to reconciliation, to making space for intercultural dialogue in our community, and to fostering a sense of belonging for everyone who participates in our projects.
